I remember when I used to call our vet and our conversations went like this -
"Hi its Sandy Macdonald, with Duke, Mira and Sadie.....".
After a few calls it went like this -
" Hi it's Sandy with Duke, Mira and Sadie.........."
Then it got to this -
"Hi its Sandy........"
Now its like this -
"Hey its me, can I talk to Kendra"

ya i wish the vet took airmiles.
